Our story

Our family have been farmers in the Greek village of Knidi in Grevena for many generations. Our land is found at an altitude of 700m with a beautiful view to mount Bourinos. Yannis Paschos is an Electrical Engineer and Educator who worked in Athens but always longed to come back home and back to farming the land. In 1995, together with his wife Xenia, they planted 2,000 walnut trees in Knidi. With hard work, love, as well as Yannis's training as an Engineer, the trees grew and the farm expanded into a modern family orchard with all necessary equipment to ensure highest quality of shelled and inshell Greek walnuts. A unique blend of sweetness and authenticity in every bite!
